Founded by STL native Parnell Davis in the 1990s, Flava Smoke & Grill is a family-owned restaurant rooted in tradition and rich with bold, smoky flavor. Now led by the next generation, Flava has returned with a fresh look and the same signature taste—famous for our Smoked Oxtails, Rib Tips, and the crowd-favorite Turkey Club with Candy Bacon. We're proud to serve our community with fresh, slow-smoked meals made from scratch.

In the Kitchen
At Flava Smoke & Grill, every cut of meat is slow-smoked to perfection using real wood and time-honored techniques. From the deep, smoky richness of our oxtails to the tender bite of our brisket and rib tips, each piece is seasoned with bold house rubs and kissed by the pit for that melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
